Harlequin Homes, a progressive residential construction management company, is looking for individuals with strong carpentry skills, capable of managing other people and running residential renovation projects as well as deck and fence building operations.
This is a hands on, tools on position that requires a minimum of 5 years experience in framing carpentry. The person we are looking for must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to manage other people, be creative and innovative, and will report directly to the owner.
We expect you to be able to schedule trades and material deliveries, manage problems immediately, be proactive in representing a company with extremely high customer service values.
You will be required to think ahead.
